.msi Menu/Icons
Hello,
Does anyone know why a package will install to a PC, but not show on the menu? Another package (both are McKesson Health Care apps) will install and appear on the menu, but not if another person logs on to the machine...app still there, just no menu choice. I'm using the Windows Installer that comes on W2K Pro (Veritas).
Thanks!
GLB

It's actualy incorperated in the msi.
You need an msi editor to get it in (wise, installshield, orca...). You created an msi, so you probably have one. Otherwise get the microsoft platform sdk and install orca from the bin directory).
Open the msi in the editor and find the table called "property" and add a property ALLUSERS (notice the casing) and assign it a value of 1
