msiexec
Guys ,
can i add msiexec switches , say qn , inside a MSI only in the form of some property etc so that when we double click MSI , it installs silently without explicitely adding /qn .
My aim is to execute msi silently using command - msiexec /i [MSI]

No, you can't do that, since the switches are passed to MSIExec which opens the MSI to act upon. By that time, it will have consumed any command line switches.
The way to achieve what you want is to disable the display of the various dialogs. You should condition that carefully, as you probably don't want to disable those concerned with maintenance and administrative installations.
