MsiViewExecute failed (return: 1627)

hi ,
while compiling the msi i'm getting this error hw i can supress this conddition..

kindly guide me...

This is not a condition which you can suppress.
Review the log details to find out which custom action is trying to use MsiViewExecute function.
Then verify the arguments supplied to it.

this error can indicate that you are trying to add a merge module to your machine while the MergeMod.dll is not properly registered, you are trying to add more than one version of a specific merge module (x86 and x64 versions?) or that you are trying to compile the project while the target MSI is locked (for example because it's open in Orca)

Could any of this be the case?
