multiple owners on inventory items
Hello-
we are looking at getting the Kace K1000 quite soon and I have a couple of questions that I cannot find the answer to.
1. Can an individual inventory/asset item have multiple owners? We have several shared PCs and would like to note that those individuals all use that particular machine. Is this something that I can mainipulate smart labels to do?
2. I see i can look at the last or current user logged in but can I see a history of all users who have created a profile? If not, could I create a script that would return such information?

You can import assets with any info that you need. I have one for tag #, user issued, dept, location, purchase date. You can create custom inventory fields to track user info. I also have custom inventory for recursive lookups that I then run a monthly report on. If you do a search for "custom inventory" there are a lot of results.
