Software Deployment

Hi everybody, I've created a package on a driver of penmodem.
The plan is to deploy it, then plug in the penmodem on each pc and use it with a common user logged in the pc. But it works well with the rights of admin, but if you connect with a common user, you don't have right to use the created connection once you have plugged the penmodem on the personal computer.
Therefore, I have to be able to give rights for everyone to this connection through the msi. Has someone some idea??
