New Application Packager Advice
I have been doing "application packaging" at work for awhile but I have never had any training on packaging.
I use Wise Package Studio but I have never had training. I use ORCA but have never had training. I have to rely on a coworker for scripting.
What are some good resources to help me understand packaging? Are there certifications?
Is there any good documentation on understanding the structure of MSI's and how to modify them to do what you want? I can make simple changes but I don't really know what I can do with an MSI. Anything difficult would require I use Wise, but I want to be able to manually change an MSI.
