Software Deployment

I am in the process of creating a msi package to be used for Citrix/Terminal Services servers using Wise Package Studio Standard 5.60. I created a package and added the required termsrvr transform file in the command line box. It seemed to work. Has anyone been successful doing this? My goal is to use Citrix Installation Management to deploy. Does anyone have any steps to follow as far as package creation and What should I look for to bite me?
