Office 2003 install problems
Hello all
I currently have a problem removing older versions of Office when I am installing Office 2003 via MSI. The GP works fine in deploying the app successfully and even says that it is removing previous versions during the install process, but when you login the old versions are still fully installed.
I have created an mst file and set it to remove older versions. I have setup the GP script to run on startup with the command line msiexec /I "<server>\<share>\pro11.msi transforms="<server>\<share>\office.mst" /qb- . All of which works fine except for un-installing the previous version.
We are using Win XP to the Desktop if that helps at all.
Can anyone help?
