Omnipage Pro 11
Hello,
Has anyone been able to push omnipage pro 11 through the AD. I know that there is a setupop11.exe file wich can be downloaded from the scansoft internet page. This exe extracts a bunch of mst files and a exe file. I can apply some mst files to the GPO but when deploying the software isn't installed. I made a call by scansoft with this problem so i'm still waiting. Anybody else had this problem?

Hi Sejacru
We managed to repackage the application. I know that this is not the best solution when the application already comes as an MSI but sometimes it is useful anyway.
However we don't push the app out through the AD but with ZENworks.
Another thing I want to mention is, just to warn you, that OmniPage 11 is on Microsofts incompatibility list of Windows XP Service Pack 2 (see KB 884130). Just in case if you're soon deploying it or even worse, already have SP2 :-)
