Once Change Submitter, is there anyway for the individual who created the work request to see the work request?
Hi,
We have situations where an Admin Assistant will create a work request on behalf of another staff member. In this case we really want to Admin Assist to change the submitter to the actualy person with the problem.
In this case, now the Admin Assist has lost visibility into the work request they created. Is there anyway for this Admin Assist to have visibility?

I don't think you can grant them visibility through the web interface but you could add them as a CC and then make sure your rules are set to include them in notices.
