Opening module takes user back to dashboard

Hi

Have some end users when they open License Compliance and navigate to an item, KACE 1000 SMA (7.2) takes user to dashboard (Chrome and IE 11).  Firefox takes user to login screen (we currently use SSO).  Has anyone else had this or similar issue?  Role has sufficient permission to modules.
