Outlook 2003 Issue

Hi,

I packaged up an installation of Office 2003 using the Custom Installation Wizard, it has all worked fine and everything has been looking good until recently.

Included in the custom installation is the automatic configuration of Outlook, this is ok and works but if you look at the properties of the local Contacts, you do not get the option to use the contacts as an email address book, it is all greyed out.

People have started to complain (as they do) but I can't find any option related to this in the MST and I am totally lost as to why it is doing this.

Regards,
Jsaon.

When creating the mst through the custom installation wizard, there is a step to customize additional outlook profile and acount information. Click on Add and choose outlook address book.

I know about many various programs for resolving out like trouble. But only one of them has many helpful and effective facilities for such situations and would help for some minutes - .pst viewer.
