Outlook 2010 bullet font issues
So I have a end user using Outlook 2010. When she uses the "Square" bullet point it looks fine on her email. When she sends it out the become "n" bullet points.
attached is a screen shot.
the left side it how it should look, the right said is how it looks when i receive the email.
any thoughts

My guess would be she is using a font that others do not have or the send formatting is messing with it.
