Package two Application in one single package
I need two package Adobe main Application with its Patch in a single.
Is this possible? if so please help.

Don't.
You can install the MSI and MSP with a single command, so why bother with anything else.
Or you could try creating an administrative install point and then apply the patch to that, but you don't end up with a single file installation.
