Printer driver application

I am trying to install a printer driver application . Its a executable file . Is is possible to give elevated privaleges to a user from the command line?

Yes you can by using a command called Runas

I have used it many times and worked well.

Why not deploy the package properly? Re-package the installation into an MSI (i.e. a proper package, not just a wrapper) and use Group Policy deployment as the lowest common denominator.
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,
