Problem importing Footprints ticket in K1000
Hello I'm following this KB : http://www.kace.com/support/resources/kb/article/How-To-Use-Ticket-Rules-To-Import-Tickets-From?action=artikel&cat=8&id=1049&artlang=en
In section 1 it says :
- Create an Asset Type called Ticket EXACTLY as shown in the diagram below. You can use the header row of the CSV file from this FAQ to assist with copying / pasting field names
May be it's a stupid question but I don't find the "diagram" on the KB page. Do you know where I can find it ?
Thanks,

Another question, everything works fine until step #5. When I run the rule "Ticket Import - create initial change record" nothing appear in my log :
08:54> Starting: Thu, 19 Apr 2012 16:08:54 -0400
08:54> Executing Select Query...
08:54> selected 0 rows
Do I need to change something (value or setting) in this rule ?
Thx, - dtisoft 12 years ago
