Software Deployment

hi all,

I am facing a problem in adobe illustrator when I start using it as a restricted user. The problem is am not able save the document. Its throwing error saying :"An unknown error occured".Does any one come accross this? I tried giving permissions to the installdir and the folder where am saving this file. both doesnot work.
if any body have solution please let me know as soon as possible.
