Problem with backups after performing upgrade to K1000 5.4

  • K1000 daily backup on 02/01/2013 15:18:14 failed with one or more errors:
    • The 'DB Backup' size differs substantially from last backup.
    • This might result naturally from recent major changes such as deleting large amounts of data or upgrading your K1000. If you've done neither of these, contact support.

Large changes were made due to the upgrade so Make a manual backup of the KBOX and let it run as normal and the errors should go away

  • Just to make sure what is the size of the DB backup file before and after the upgrade and how many agents are checking into this K1? JDornan is right but you cannot be careful enough with a DB ;) - RaSko 11 years ago
