This page, when you go to download the document links to Quest Box.com (Microsoft) and you need some sort e-mail login with a quest user address, but when I checked with them, this is not supposed be this way.  I am assuming someone made a mistake on this and we should be able to download this document the way we always did before.  I wanted to reference as I am working on a Windows 10 imaging process today that is fairly urgent and wanted to review it and now for some reason the link is wrong.  Hopefully someone will see this since this seems to be the best way to contact someone.  I don't know if anyone has run into this.
