Problems downloading inf2cat from winqual site?
I'm having problems downloading inf2cat which is a part of the Winqual Submission Tool. It seems the download has been removed?
I really need this tool as I've been using it earlier to create "selfsigned" driver installs .. MS doesn't want this to be easy - I can't believe how convoluted and oddly strange all the driver signing heyboolah is!
Oh well would really appreciate it if someone could help me out with this one.

Lets just say, its amazing what google can do :-)
I finally found a working copy of inf2cat.exe "in the wild". Thanks and no thanks to MS for making me download a curcial utility from "somewhere on the internet" instead of getting it from them. But ohwell!
If someone else needs this tool, everything needed is infact part of DriverHeavens "Mobility Modder", a community developed program used to modify ATI Mobility drivers!
Download the tool from http://www.driverheaven.net/modtool/ .. inf2cat.exe and all required tools are in MobilityDotNET4.zip :-)
