Problems with database.

When working with a .msi that contains .sql files, have you guys had any issues with this?

If I install the source media and enter information in the dialog setup, everything works fine.
But if I create a .mst with the same info and run the installation, it seems that the database
never gets installed.

I would appreciate if anyone have any tips or pointers. Thx.

Do you see this behaviour when running with the MST in full UI mode or when run silently? If the latter, it's almost certainly because there is a Custom Action in the UI sequence which hasn't been duplicated to run in the ExecuteImmediate sequence.

Good pointer VBScab!
It´s the latter of your two scenarios. I will investigate this and see if I your pointer is the
key to the solution for me. (I´m still quite new in the business of repackaging.)

you could also try running it with /qr switch
