Question about the size of Transform

I have created an AdminImage of Autocad 2012, Design Review and Inventor Fusion install shortcuts to desktop. I opened the Inventor Fusion mst in orca, edited the shortcut install property and saved the mst. Original mst is around 20 kb, new mst is 5 kb. To test it I opened the original mst again and saved it with no changes by another name, it became 1,50 kb.
Anyone knows why? Is it significant?
