Radia to SMS
Can packages in Radia's Native format be converted into MSI or should the application be repackaged again from scratch to be compatable with SMS?

I'm assuming you're talking about packages made in "Component Selection" or "Installation Monitoring Mode".
You'll have to repackage these with the original vendor files. It's one of the reasons I deploy all my apps with MSI... so I can switch deployment tools with ease in the future if need be.
