Repackaging via a remote desktop session

Are there any risks involved with connecting via remote desktop to a pc and repackaging remotelly on this pc.
Wise Package studio is installed on the remote machine.

maybe that is why i am fat,, to lazy to walk the 18 ft to my test bed[:D]
