replication share disk getting full

Hi All, is there a easy way to free up space on replication shares ?

Not sure what to remove, or if i remove everything and then it will rebuild? i reached 500g on all replication shares.

Look at you settings for each replication share.  Do not replicate any OS that will not need services from the share.  When you start replicating the patching for all the os's it can get huge.

On the replication share look at the file structure and see what component of replication is the hog.

Replication works by comparing what exists on the SMA and the replication share.

If file(s) exists on the SMA that does not exist on the replication share it will be copied.

If a file no longer exists on the SMA,  it will be deleted after a 2 week grace period from the replication share. 

So if you want to cleanup/ free space on the replication share, you will want to look at the SMA and not the replication share.
