RightFax9 and WinInstall
I'm having a strange issue with RightFax9 and WinInstall. The package is setup with changes to the setup.ini file as per http://www.appdeploy.com/packages/detail.asp?id=564 . It installs fine running a SETUP.EXE /s. It comes down fine through the interactive installer with wininstall. However when it is pushed to a machine, It installs the software (System tray icon and start menu icons appear) but does NOT create the local printer.
I have tried adding the HPLJ4 prior to the install in case that issue was the problem. see: http://itninja.com/question/how-do-you-roll-out-new-machines?4085&mpage=1&key=Rightfax燢
Nothing is being logged that the install was a failure or has errors. The Wininstall Scheduler Service is running with an account that has local admin access.
I have compared the install logs from a manual install which does add the printer, and a push which didn't add the printer, and both were the same. (except for the timestamps)

When using the interactive installer all you are really testing is that your .nai package works (assuming this is how you are calling setup.exe), the installation isn't elevated and is using the logged on permissions and profile. Any HKCU keys for example will be installed to the logged on user.
When you 'push' to a machine the installation is completed using the WinINSTALL service account and therefore using the HKCU keys as an example again, they would be installed to the service accounts profile. If you logon as the service account does the printer exist?
