RUN VBS in Virtual Env through ThinApp

Can any one please let me know how to run the vbs files inside the virtual env through Vmware Thinapp.
As we have in App-v for this using HREF/ScriptBody..

You can create a .vbs file and rebuild.
There are some functions particlar tio Thinapp ,check manual.
