Safeboot Encryption and Softgrid App-V

Morning all,
  
 I am looking for some advice as I cannot find any answers in any of the forums.
  
 We have been using Softgrid for about a year and without too many issues!
  
 We now have a requirement to use McAfee Device and Content Encryption - device encryption has shown no problems but I am seeing massive performance issues when the content encryption client is installed. The worst being Office 2007 apps will not even show the file open or save dialog boxes.
  
 Has anyone seen this and do you have any suggestions?

I assume it won't sequence because it has kernel level components? I've never used the product but sequencing the two together may help. Another solution might be to try setting TRUE in the OSD but I'm thinking that probably won't do it.

 I don't think I explained the problem well enough in my OP.
  
 The applications have sequenced fine, they work perfectly when McAfee content encryption is not installed.  As soon as content encryption is installed I am unable to use any of the file/open/save dialogs - basically, any application that brings up the dialog of where to save or open a file - it just hangs.

On your sequencing station have you tried installing the Content Encryption product before sequencing?
