Hi all,
When i deployed uninstallation procedure of the software(ScalaInfoChannelPlayer5), when the software is already running in the client machine, software is not getting uninstalled. It is giving the error, close all instances of scalainfochannel player and try again. But i have wriiten the script for killing the process for the software, the process is not getting killed.
There is no mistake in my script since my uninstalation procedure working successfully, when the software is not running in client machine.
Any solution please...[:o]

Can you kill the process "manually" from Task Manager? If not, you'll probably not be able to kill it in script, no matter what process-killer tool you use. Is there an underlying service process, perhaps? If so, have you tried stopping that first?
