SCCM stopped advertising normal software
Hi guys,
Our SCCM admin has left us and were left with what's left over. For awhile it was advertising all the normal software (things like 7zip, Acrobat reader, Java etc).
It has now stopped advertising, I checked the status through the config manager console and there is no errors. I am going through documentation to figure SCCM out, it is proving to be very hard problem so if someone has been through this before and can enlighten me that would great!
Thanks

It's weird that you don't have anything erroring in the statuses.
Check the logs for the status display - it may not have reached the threashold to alert yet and change.
If everything was working, and nothing has changed in the configuration (no patches, network configuration changes etc) then how long has the box been up?
Sometimes a reboot works wonders....
The other thing to check is that the advertisements don't have an expiry date set on them, or that the packages haven't been disabled - Was your old admin the kind of person that would set a nice timebomb for you? :)
Hope this helps,
Dunnpy
