Search Local Hard Drive for Specific Words in any Software, ie: Word, Excel, PowerPoint

How would I search hard drives on each computer over the network to find specific words in Word, Excel, Text File etc. Not sure if there is a software that does this or if a script could be used.  So if I wanted to find the word "STUFF" in any kind of document on the local hard drive. And look for one or more words.
