Sequenced app automatically fetching current user name
Hi,
I have an application which automatically fetches the current logon user name(Ex: ABC-user) into user-id text box while sequencing. But I want that user-id text box should be empty. I tried by removing those current user name entries from virtual registries and also tried by changing that registry value to %USERNAME% in virtual registries. After sequencing, When I launch the same application with different user name it is showing the same user name(ABC-user) which I used while sequencing the application. please help me solve this issue.
Thanks in Advance.
Regards,
Vasanth

If it's not registry, have you looked for some file that might contain these settings, like an ini file or anything in your appdata directory?
And if that doesn't lead to a solution either, did you start the app during sequencing and can that step be skipped? (Maybe if you don't start the app during monitoring it won't have the setting yet?)
