Service Desk add CC when the field custom1 is equal to "Schools Name"
Hi Guys, I'm curious if it's possible to automatically add a specific users email as a CC to every ticket created for the school he's the principal of. I have a multi select for custom1 that has a list of around 30 schools... Thanks for any input!
