Service Desk Ticketing Integrate with Telegram

Hi all,


Can ticket notifications in the KACE SMA Service Desk appear on Telegram or other applications besides Email?

The ticket notifications are sent by email only. 
You could check for new tickets using the SMA API if you are familiar with programming and have knowledge of REST API to integrate with a third-party application.
