Set Engine Run Key - Imaging process stops and machine restarts
Hi guys, I am having hard time with kace imaging process.
This time the process goes but then when it's time for Set Engine Run Key, the process stops.
Any idea?

The process "stops" at this time if the SDA (or RSA) cannot contact the client anymore. This can be a network driver or anything else.
Check if the installation runs through but does not updates the info in the SDA (esp. if only one model/make affected).
If all systems are affected, open a ticket with support since then a Q&A game like in this forum does not work out well, while a support session where both see what happens is a better way.
Thank you for the answer, I found out that the process stops because there is not communication with the server. I was able to manually install the driver for the NIC, and then click retry, everything went well.
Also imaging other pc like 3060 no problem.
It looks like there a problem with the driver bundle for the optiplex 3090. Is there a way to manually update just the nic's driver in Kace?

yes, you can upload the driver into the driver feed. But I suggest to open a ticket with support so the issue can be fixed on its source. - Nico_K 2 years ago
