SMA System-Level Log Issues
I have just changed my SMA system over to a license to enable Organizations.
Looks like it has applied but I am unable to log into https://kbox/system
When I try to do so, neither my LDAP account or the built in admin account are being recognized.
Ideas?

I just cannot get the SystemUI to work.

on the SDA you can do it this way, not sure if applies to SMA
you can go to the console (virtual or physical) and login with the netdiag user
user: netdiag
pass: netdiag
and use the reset_admin_password tool to do so.

I have learned when you create new orgs make sure you are logged in as the root admin doing so that is the only user with rights to new org by default then the user has to grant all other access. I created a new org with my super user but could not see it, had to log into system console as root admin and switch to org and give myself rights to it. - SMal.tmcc 5 years ago
