Software inventory
Hello all,
I have a company specific program that is listed in software but shows zero for devices. I know for a fact it is installed, but I am not seeing it listed. How can I force it to check or what do I need to do in order to get it to work.
Please forgive the silly question, I am new to KACE and have not really been trained yet.

Keep in mind that on the K1000 the software inventory is version specific. Also, are you using a custom inventory rule to detect the software? If so, the rule might not be correct. - chucksteel 7 years ago
