Agent is installed but device not showing in console

My version of KACE is not longer running supported ver so i can not reach out to support directly. We are running 13.1 and will be updated this week.

Does this have any impact on a new device from connecting to KACE since its outdated?

EOL versions work as they worked when they were in service.
This means: if the OS you want to manage with it was supported at the time it was supported, it will still work.
But there will be no fixes anymore.

You still can reach out to support but the support cannot help you with all issues. Especially issues which were fixed in later versions. 
But can help you to go to a supported environment.

Not wanting to put the "cat amongst the pigeons" I would be pretty poor if support failed to respond to a v13.1 issue, as that version is barely a year old.


However it is no longer showing on the support website, so I would upgrade and get of any v13.x version and see if the issue persists before contacting support.


You know what they say about the number 13, well those releases of KACE only reinforce the stereotype ;o)
