Software Uninstallation

please help me. I'm very new to kace sma. Please advise me on how to delete software from inventory.

I followed the instructions provided in the link.

What's new version 13.0 - Simplified Software Uninstallation (4369236) (quest.com)

But the program still exists on the destination computer.

***i use sma version 14

Which bit did not work? Did the managed installation create correctly? Did you apply the managed installation to the device from which you want the software removed?
