i have spss package fine but i need to open hkcr i try SETACL but i get error any help

It's hard to help you with so little information. Exactly what are you trying to do, what error are you getting?

ok went i install spss i get a ole error msg

error msg is OLE AUTOMATION WILL NOT WORK, UNABLE TO LOAD TYPE LIBRARY SPSSWIN.TLB
also i try opening the spss folder in c:\program file but i got the same error
