system account in Windows 7

We have a installscript based msi that installs fine on Windows 7 when using the admin account. But it gives error 1628 when installed using system account (SCCM/SMS2003) and psexec.exe

1628 = "An unknown or invalid table was specified"

You'll need to tell us which table so run the install with verbose logging. The log will tell you which table is involved.

Think UAC and elevation. by defualt local admin acts differently than a user added to the the administrators group.
