Is it a way to test flash player from a commandline to see if it is working properly?

I don't see what the point would be since, the only way to know if it's working would be to see the Flash file actually displayed, in which case, why not load it in the browser anyway? The vendor's home page attempts to display a Flash file so that would seem the best test-bed.
Equally, if the registry's 'Uninstall' entries are complete, I'd say it was reasonable to assume that it was installed properly and should therefore just work.

you could use something likethis , but as Ian says not sure why you want to do this -- unless it's to go through and check a batch of machines for the correct version. Is that it?
