"The RPC server is unavailable"
Hi All,
I has writen a script to get the status of service running in remote system. I gave input as computer name and the service name which i want to know the status of the remote system. while executing the script it is showing the following error:
"The RPC server is unavailable" even though RPC service is running.
Can somebody give solution to this problem. it is very urgnet.

I imagine you're using a WMI query for this? I suspect that either the account you're using for the query doesn't have the required privileges to execute the query on the remote machine, or you could be being blocked by a firewall.
