Ticket Layout Question
We are currently setting up HelpDesk/ServiceDesk for the first time and I have a question I cant seem to figure out. It is with the layout of Categories. We will be using a 3 Category approach (Example: Email -> Outlook -> Configuration)
The problem I have is that some categories do not line up 3 boxes in a row:
_DROPDOWN__ _DROPDOWN__ _DROPDOWN__
Some boxes will skew really badly and use 2 lines on the ticket:
_DROPDOWN__ _____DROPDOWN____
______DROPDOWN__________
Is there a way i can make sure all category boxes line up 3 in a row and look consistent. So far none of them are consistent.

It's a maximum width for the line determined by code in the KBOX. The only way you can ensure all category drop-downs are displayed on one line is to shorten them until all variations of all 3 category levels will fit.
Other than that, your only option is to submit an enhancement request ticket to DellKACE to widen the line or add a configuration option to specify width for the line.
