TortoiseCVS context menu entrys

Hi guys,

I'am currently packaging the Software TortoiseCVS and got massive problems with the context menu entrys on Win7 64bit. I've
used the InstallShield Repackager to make my MSI and its just working fine everything under 32bit.
I've checkd every single registry key under HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT and have also used the SMS Installer to take another snapshot
from which I've controlled the regkeys but unfortunately without success.

Has anybody of you ever made an MSI package of TortoiseCVS and could help me with this problem?

You shouldn't have to repackage this.... After being laid off for 6 months and not touching Wise for that long, I'll take a stab at this. Launch the setup... Confirm the install directory then go to your "%TEMP%" folder. Here you will find the newly created folder for your TortoiseCVS application. Within this folder you will find all of the .MSI's that are included. I downloaded and installed and I see a 32 bit version and a 64 bit version. You will probably have to create a wrapper because there are also a few dependencies that are installed.

Hope this helps.

Yes I've already seen that there are some files extracted in my temp dir when i start the installation.
But so far I've seen it there are only installation files for cvsnt, Tortoise Overlays and some c++ redistributables.
I think the installation of TortoiseCVS, COM registrations and so on are done by the TortoiseCVS setup.exe.
Rating comments in this legacy AppDeploy message board thread won't reorder them,
so that the conversation will remain readable.
