When I run the validation Test in IS 2010, I get ICE03, ICE82, ICE 96 Errors. Any inputs in regarding this is highly appreciated. I did tried other methods listed in the Post with no joy.

For the record,
This may be related to WI 4.5 not being installed on the server. If the msi defines a minimum of WI 4.5 requirement. Details will be in the App logs on server.
