After do provisioning schedule agent successfully installed on the host (Windows 8.1), the provisioning result is successfully but the status is unable to reach this agent-managed device

It appears based on the posted output that the Provisioning was successful in installing the Agent. The next step would be to review the \ProgramData\Quest\KACE\koneas.log and the \ProgramData\Quest\KACE\user\KAgent.log as to why the Agent can not communicate with your SMA. This could be DNS or a port blocked..etc
