unattended installation of Google desktop
Hello everybody,
For my company, I need to industrialize the Google Desktop Search Enterprise.
The problem is that as soon we finished to install the application, there is a web page that is asking us some questions. So this is not an unattended installation.
Does anybody know a solution for a real silent installation ?
Fred
PS : Sorry for my english

Fred,
Have you read the AdminGuide.pdf that comes with the Enterprise installation? You should find the GoogleDesktopSearch.adm file as well, this is a GPO template you can assign through Group Policy. I *believe that this contains all the settings that you are asked to configure on this web page that is popping up, you also get the benefit that you can control this centrally. Perhaps this will exempt the need for this page to pop up.
