Uninstall Visio 2007 without office 2007 components
Hi all,
I am wondering what is the best practice uninstalling vivio 2007.
Office 2007 enterprise is built in in our base image and Visio as a on demand software. When uninstalling visio, it by defaults uninstall every shared office 2007 components. How would you only uninstall Visio and leave all the office tools installed?
Thks for your inputs.

I think the easiest way you could approach this is by using the OCT provided with the Office 2007 product. You can customize a .msp file to add/remove specific pieces of the Office component without removing the entire product.
When I packaged office 2007 I also remember there is a separate GUID for Visio that is different from the primary Office package. You can reference that in the registry under the HKLM\Software\Microsoft\Windows\CurrentVersion\Uninstall
