Update ASSET table via powershell

Hello,

I would like update ASSET table with Powershell script.

In my organization, i create script for new users. I would like modify ASSET computer automatically via this script.

It's work perfectly in read, but access denied in write:

kCAAAAAADGC86KAAAAwJRIg20QCAQCgUAgEAgEAoFAIBAIZDRpBNv+93dfj5VJ1LkZZs2ezbCdfAEAAAAAAOMFZ0UAAABgOiDYtoXZTr4AAAAAAIDxgrMiAAAAMB0QbNvCbCdfAAAAAADAeMFZEQAAAJgOCLaNgy9W6JdfKPrN0KHOifgCANh+jGuPytWzUT0AAIA7As6KAAAAwDT4mv4fbyvQvGEh308AAAAASUVORK5CYII=

I searched on this forum, the user R1 are just for read only, and apparently if i use "custom ticker rule" it's work. But can i use create "custom ticket rule" directly by a requests in my script?

From what i understood, the custom tickets are in Helpdesk section, but i don't use this section on our kace SMA.

Can you help me please?

PS: sorry for my bad english (im french).

You may not be able to do it this way and will probably have to look to creating a ticket rule to do the same thing.

You don’t need to use the helpdesk to utilise ticket rules, happy to set up a session and discuss if you would like any help or guidance.
